All sales of digital event tickets are final and non-refundable, except in cases where an event is cancelled or rescheduled. If an event is cancelled or rescheduled, we will provide information on how to obtain a refund or exchange the ticket for a ticket to a different event. Refund Information and Support
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
