Oh Halloween, how much I do I love you? A LOT. This is my favourite season of the year, hands down, because it is the one day of a year where everyone is out, all night long, no inhibitions, no restrictions, no limits. It’s a massive event and in true Small World style, we absolutely smashed it. AGAIN.
This was the second year we’ve hosted Supernatural at Shooters, as it provides a perfect mix of “chill in the front, party in the back”, which fits everyone’s taste, whether you’re there to go nuts and throw that booty down, or make some cool conversation with your friends and meet some new people.
Let me break it down for ya.
So the back room, the club room? Absolute madness. I’m very proud to have brought together such an elegant tapestry of pure DJ class that ticked every box to make sure that everyone heard a little something of something that made them go ‘ooooh’. Having worked with all of these guys in the past, and putting together that seriously cool shoot with them, it felt like bringing together the Avengers. When the lights went out, they swiped that Infinity Gauntlet. Snap.
In the front we had a chill mix of ghouls and goblins, most of which drunk as a skunk and having the time of their lives. Shots galore, party snacks and drinking games. Ace photographer @tiao_tiros was my personal highlight of the night. At his photo booth, he took the best Halloween photos I’ve ever seen, and I think that many of you will be keeping those photos and looking back on them for many years to come. Pure class.
